Service Description

The perfect way to honour the seasonal changes into Autumn, a day for you to let go of what no longer serves you following the drive of Summer & a time to harvest that which has grown within you throughout the year. We'll open into movement to let go & release that which is stored deep in the body allowing ourselves to lean into creativity with a floral arrangement workshop with Laura from Call me Flower. She'll guide you throughout the workshop to create your very own autumnal centrepiece to bring Autumn into our embrace. You can expect a seasonal plant based menu for lunch to nourish & energise. We'll begin our introspection practice with Yin Yoga & Sound therapies to welcome in deep rest helping us to tune into the shift of the season. We'll close the day with a sharing circle Cacao Ceremony allowing ourselves the opportunity to release old lessons from the year. Itinerary 9am | Meditation & Intention Setting 9.30am | Morning Yoga (60mins) 10.30am | Refreshments 11.00am | Floral Workshop with Laura of Call Me Flower 1.00 pm | Plant Based Seasonal Lunch 1.30 pm | Yin & Restorative Practice 2.30pm | Healing Sound Therapies 3.30pm | Cacao Ceremony & Closing Circle 4pm | Departure What's included - All props & mat will be provided for you on the day, you may wish to wear layers for the afternoon Yin & Sounds therapy as the body can cool quickly during deep rest. - Lunch will be provided on the day, this will be a warming seasonal vegan dish. Please advise at the time of booking of any allergies or intolerances & we will do our best to accommodate. - Snacks & Refreshments will be available throughout the day so you can help yourself to herbal teas & energy snacks. - All materials for the Floral Arrangement Workshop are included Please be advised that by booking this event, while all safety aspects & considerations will be taken for the event, you accept responsibility for your own safety. Please wear suitable clothing & ensure sensible behaviour throughout the event to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Cancellation Policy

Online Classes & Courses; Online classes & courses are non refundable, please ensure you are able to attend the class or course prior to booking. We reserve the right to cancel any online classes at any time, refunds will be issued in full if cancelled by host. In Person Singular Classes; You may change or cancel any singular class within the members area online up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations within 24 hours will be non-refundable unless we are able to fill the space, should the space be filled, a full refund will be issued. In the event of no shows, the member forfeits the payment & no refund will be issued. ​In Person Courses; Courses can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the course start date, refunds for courses cancelled within 48 hours will be non-refundable unless the course place can be filled. Refunds can not be issued once the course starts or for any part of the course you are unable to attend. Retreats; Retreats can be cancelled up to 7 calendar days prior to the Retreat start date, refunds for Retreats cancelled within 7 days will be non-refundable, you may send an alternative attendee in place of the cancelled space. You are responsible for your own safety during our retreats & withdraw any liability against Katie Winder Yoga & associated parties for any injuries or accidents that may occur. ​Please contact us at katiewinderyoga@gmail.com should you need to cancel a class, course or retreat. We reserve the right to withhold further bookings on your account should repeated no shows occur.  ​We endeavour to ensure your classes and courses run smoothly, however, should we need to cancel a class or course for any reason, a full refund will be issued.  We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
